The Group

Initially the aim was to own, manage and invest in income producing residential property but over the years the group has evolved into investing in all types of residential tenures and mixed-use opportunities by itself and with joint venture partners. The vision is to constantly buy and sell properties with redevelopment, refurbishment, and planning gain at the heart of the strategy – in London and the Southeast.

The Group is financially owned by the family and can be regarded as  a Family Office in the true sense.
