Paul Stanley
Paul Stanley is a co-founder of Coplan and specialises in asset management. Coplan’s main focus is to source and deliver large-scale mixed-use regeneration projects on land/investments already under control or in partnership with land owners particularly the Public sector. Most of the schemes are town centre based where uses include leisure, retail, hotel, residential (for sale & PRS) and medical/D1 occupiers. Paul has over 35 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to setting up Coplan, Paul was founding Director of a niche corporate property consultancy where he established a successful £2m business. Paul managed thousands of properties for PLCs, Investors, Third Sector and Occupiers.
Paul works with Jason directly on managing the SGP Group including asset management and growing the portfolio and trading opportunities.
Jason Stanley
Jason Stanley worked in the City from the mid 1990’s in the Financial Services industry. Jason has worked in both broking and trading in the Financial Futures & Options Exchange and Equity markets predominately in London, but also in Chicago, New York and Hong Kong for large UK and US banks achieving managerial roles.
Along with trading for institutions, Jason always had an interest in property and over the years built up a portfolio of buy-to-let properties. On leaving the City Jason now manages the company’s building projects working with our architects and building contractor partners.
Jason and Paul have worked closely the last couple of years with the company demerger, the instruction of new accountants, banking facilities and the everyday management of the company.
