Over the years the group has evolved into investing in all types of residential tenures and mixed-use opportunities by itself and with joint venture partners. The vision is to constantly buy and sell properties with redevelopment, refurbishment and planning gain at the heart of the plan – in London and the Southeast.

The Group was founded by Douglas Stanley, his brother David and their father Solo.
