Initially they began to purchase residential property to renovate and sell on. Locations included Chelsea and Bayswater and since then they concentrated on property development and investment. Over time they have built up a portfolio more than 200 properties. The majority are in the East End of London but more recently we have expanded into Kent and Essex under the tenure of the next family generation and in 2021 the Group acquired a large residential portfolio in Tonbridge.
In addition, and through the Group’s joint venture arrangements there is a focus on more mixed use and redevelopment opportunities. We expect this type of activity to continue and are hungry to undertake more business with different financial structures and partners.
